PERTH'S O.G. 'VAGUS NERVE CHIROPRACTOR'

What’s the vagus nerve got to do with your health?

The vagus nerve is one of the largest nerve centres in the body. It carries signals to the organs and regulates the nervous system. It’s kind of like the brakes to your stress response, pulling you back into regulation, where your body can recover and regenerate.

If your child’s vagus nerve doesn’t function properly? Disturbed sleep, behavioural issues and learning difficulties (to name a few).

And then, we have you adults to consider as well… because the nervous system, when dysregulated, can disrupt every cell in the body!

Hi, I’m Carrie!

I’m a chiropractor, applied kinesiologist and vagus nerve educator with a special interest in treating the vagus nerve in children.

When I’m not meeting beautiful families during one-on-one-consults, I’m creating online resources to make holistic health easy to understand and implement.

I take an empathetic approach to education and chiropractic care. My goal is to help you trust your intuition, learn about holistic health and set you on a path to wellness.

Navigating The Nervous System: A Digital Resource

Do you ever wish you had a simple way to understand your nervous system?

Not the complicated, medical-jargon kind of understanding. The real, lived experience kind.

The kind that helps you finally make sense of why your body shuts down, why you feel stuck in overdrive, or why some days you just can’t do the thing, no matter how hard you try.

That’s exactly what this digital resource is for. Practical, beautifully designed tools that help you see and feel what’s going on in your bodyβ€”without needing a neuroscience degree. Ready to explore your nervous system in a way that actually makes sense?

Returning to Movement after chronic illness

Returning to movement, whether it be your previous exercise regime or just daily activities, can be really difficult in chronic conditions.

Whether you're living with chronic fatigue, POTS, long COVID, postpartum depletion, or hypermobility – you know that getting back to movement (in the right way) will help you engage more fully in your life.
