And often? It's not until we become a mother that we realise how activated our nervous system is. Our children mirroring our stress in their behaviour, only adding to the overwhelm.
But what if you didn’t have to strive for perfection? What if, instead, you could reset, regulate, and approach motherhood from a place of calm, balance, and self-acceptance?
Join me for a 4-week journey to help mothers like you reflect and reset your nervous system, reconnect with your heart, and parent with ease and authenticity.

What we will cover -
In just 4 weeks, you’ll gain essential tools to calm your nervous system, build deeper connections with yourself and your children, and embrace your perfect imperfection as a mother (and a human!).
Week 1: Understanding Your Nervous System, The Stress Response & Your Childhood Conditioning
Discover how your nervous system operates daily and how childhood conditioning shows up in your parenting
Understand big T traumas, little T traumas, shock traumas, and conditioned responses
Reflect on triggers that send you into overwhelm and learn how to break these patterns
Week 2: Staying Regulated in the Toughest Moments
Learn to remain calm when your child is struggling, using powerful grounding techniques and vagus nerve exercises
Expand your window of tolerance, so you have the nervous system flexibility to recalibrate faster and be the mother you want to be
Practice staying regulated, no matter what emotional storm your child brings (key word... PRACTICE)
Week 3: Letting Go of Perfectionism & Re-parenting Yourself
Release the pressure to be perfect and explore how your nervous system responds to feelings of “not enough.”
Understand how the stories we have about ourselves are simply reflections of our nervous system state
Learn to accept and honour your inner child, and show up for yourself in new ways (or ways your inner child longs for)
Week 4: Co-regulation & Creating a Nervous System Care Plan
Deepen your understanding of co-regulation - how your nervous system can help regulate your child’s (even if it feels hard in the moment)
Develop a longer term plan for maintaining your nervous system health, so you can continue to parent with balance and ease
Why This Program Is Different -
This isn’t about fixing yourself. I'm not even going to claim it will heal your nervous system, because that takes much longer than 4 weeks.
This program is about embracing your imperfections, calming your nervous system, and becoming the mother (and human being) you want to be.
This program is my 'step 1' offering for mothers who want to explore their nervous system and start the process of doing the inner work, for themselves and for their children.

I want to be clear. If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not the group for you. These tools will ABSOLUTELY help your nervous system, but they aren't going to fix your traumas, or get to the root of big imbalances.
