Join me for a 6-week practitioner-only nervous system mentorship—a rare opportunity to focus on you.

This is a group mentorship where we discuss topics that are relevant to YOU as a practitioner, in a likeminded group environment.

Somatic and nervous system based processes and reflections that allow you to look inwards, and notice the root or subconscious beliefs around your triggers or blocks.

What We’ll Cover:

Each week, we’ll explore essential topics tailored to your needs:

• Pre-shift and post-shift rituals that ground and energise you

• Identifying and releasing blocks that prevent you from booking clients and achieving financial success

• Aligning your nervous system to attract your ideal clients effortlessly

• Setting boundaries and managing expectations to help you thrive without burnout

• Embracing your authentic self while maintaining your professional presence

On these topics, each week I will cover a HeartMath tool that can support you to shift some of your nervous system triggers, move you away from burn-out or survival mode, and back into being able to help your clients without abandoning yourself.

Calls will be -

• Live and recorded for your reference

  • Not to be shared outside of the group

• Starting Nov 3rd

  • Because of WA vs Eastern States times, we will do this on a Sunday evening (otherwise work/life gets in the way)

  • Approximately 4pm AWST / 6pm AEST - will be confirmed closer to the date

  • Set yourself up for a wonderful week each week

This is designed for you to take the time for yourself, to do the 1% internal shifts that help you and your practice thrive.

Please note - This is NOT a mentorship where I teach you about the nervous system for your patients, give clinical tips or case management support, nor will you be qualified to teach HeartMath tools after it. That type of support will come in 2025 and is available now by application.

You will receive a certificate for continuing education hours if you require it (typically falls under informal hours).
