Introducing Gluten Recipes Digital Guide
Introducing Gluten Recipes Digital Guide
Introducing gluten to your baby can be overwhelming, I get it. Especially if you yourself have a gluten intolerance, or even coeliac disease. It’s hard to know if introducing gluten is the right thing to do, and whether your baby will also have an issue with it.
This introducing gluten to your baby recipe guide goes hand in hand with my blog post on the introduction basics (which you can find here).
Ease your baby’s digestive system into learning how to process gluten, by slowly increasing the amount of gluten they are exposed to.
This ‘recipe ladder’ (so to speak) guides you through 10 recipes that incrementally increase the gluten in your baby’s diet. This gives them a chance to create the enzymes required, and it also gives you some time to ensure they aren’t reacting to the gluten.
Often babies may struggle with a lot of gluten, but be ok with a little bit. So you can use these recipes to work out exactly how much gluten your baby’s system can handle before they seem to have discomfort / irritability / reactions.
Please note - I’m not referring to IgE allergies here - I am talking about how much of a single protein your baby’s system can handle - and this can change and adapt as their digestive system matures. To learn more about this process, check out the Fearless Foodies course.
